In terms of industrial layout, the production of basic chemical products is gradually concentrated in the raw material areas; nitrogen fertilizer enterprises gather in coal and natural gas resources; synthetic ammonia production in Shandong, Henan, Shanxi, Sichuan, Hebei, and Anhui accounts for 50.6% of the total national production; Jiangsu In the eastern regions such as Zhejiang, Fujian, and other eastern regions, calcium carbide production has gradually shrunk due to lack of competitive advantage. The production of high value-added products and fine chemical products is concentrated in these areas, and a number of high-end industrial clusters have gradually emerged. At the same time, park development has become the main mode of site selection for the petrochemical industry. At present, more than 60 chemical parks with advanced management and regional industry characteristics have been established nationwide. The degree of industrial concentration has been significantly improved, and the size and status of advantageous enterprises have become more prominent.

Companies also actively improve their product structure. They are market-oriented and technological innovation as a means to actively develop high-performance, high-value-added products. During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, the growth rate of the new product output value of the industry has been higher than the growth rate of the total industrial output value. At the same time, by optimizing the structure of raw materials, the sources of crude oil imports tend to be diversified, and it is no longer mainly dependent on the Middle East; the diversification of ethylene raw materials has taken significant steps, and the world’s first demonstration device for industrialization of coal to olefins has been completed and put into production; the raw material structure adjustment in the nitrogen fertilizer industry has made significant progress. The breakthrough in coal gasification technology has provided support for the transformation of the raw material route in the nitrogen fertilizer industry.

After numerous tests and simulations, we have developed a reasonable structure of furnace arch, furnace wall and furnace heating surface that guarantees combustion efficiency and evaporation rate. NOx emissions of our biomass boilers can be as low as 100 mg/Nm3 with thermal efficiencies up to 90%.
