The JuLong aquatic weed harvester is a highly efficient machine designed for cutting, collecting, storing, and transporting waterweeds and floating debris in rivers, reservoirs, canals, and coastal areas. It is equipped with automated systems that significantly reduce labor requirements and increase productivity.

The vessel features two side pontoons for stability, while all other components—such as the control cabin, conveyor system, and engine—are bolted in place for easy assembly and disassembly. This design makes it convenient to transport via road, rail, or water and quickly reassemble at the project site.

Unlike traditional screw propellers, this machine uses a paddle wheel drive system, which prevents entanglement with underwater vegetation. The entire system has been optimized for smooth and efficient operation, ensuring reliable performance in various aquatic environments.

How the Machine Works

• The harvester is hydraulically driven, with reciprocating knives on the harvesting head that effectively cut aquatic vegetation.
• The collected vegetation is transported through a front conveyor to a middle conveyor and then into the storage hold, with excess water filtered out during the process.
• Once the storage area is filled, the harvested weeds are transferred to the shoreline or directly into a dump truck via a shore conveyor.
