LAS VEGAS – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Autodesk University — Autodesk, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSK) kicked off its annual flagship user event today, drawing nearly 10,000 attendees who gathered to learn, connect, and explore the future of design and manufacturing. Autodesk University highlights how buildings, products, and more are being reimagined through innovative tools and technologies.

This year’s event will feature new and enhanced technologies that empower users to bring their ideas to life. Autodesk is also unveiling a streamlined cloud-based platform portfolio aimed at simplifying workflows for designers, engineers, and digital artists across industries.

“We’re fully committed to the cloud. The access to limitless computing power and seamless collaboration is transforming how design and engineering are approached,” said Carl Bass, CEO of Autodesk.

In today’s keynote, Bass and CTO Jeff Kowalski shared a vision for the future of work, where humans and computers collaborate to achieve groundbreaking results. The session featured inspiring stories from innovators like Anna Nixon, a high school student from Oregon competing in the First Robotics Competition, and Christian Benimana, Rwanda’s first trained architect and programs director at MASS Design Group.

Throughout the conference, attendees saw firsthand how professionals are leveraging cutting-edge tools such as generative design, augmented reality, virtual reality, robotics, and additive manufacturing to push creative boundaries.

Tomorrow, Senior Vice President of Products Amar Hanspal will dive deeper into Autodesk’s product roadmap, including major updates to Fusion 360 and BIM 360. Details will be posted on Autodesk’s In The Fold blog. He will also highlight Forge, Autodesk’s powerful developer platform used to build and deploy apps that help shape the world around us.

Since its launch, Forge has grown to host over 4,000 applications, covering everything from part inspection to sub-sea surveys. Autodesk has invested heavily in the platform, expanding its capabilities in AR/VR and real-time rendering to create immersive, industry-specific experiences.

“As we continue our transition to cloud-based services, our focus is on delivering maximum value to our customers and developers. We’re building connected, on-demand experiences tailored to each of our key industries,” said Hanspal.

Several customer projects, including those from Briggs Automotive Company, Swinerton Builders, and JE Dunn Construction, will demonstrate how cloud technologies are enabling new working methods, business models, and innovations.

In addition to keynote speeches, the event includes hundreds of hands-on classes, networking opportunities, and interactive exhibits. Attendees can experience live industrial robotic 3D printing, a brick-laying construction robot, the first generatively designed office building, an open-source 3D printed drone, a VR experience to configure a full-scale Ford Mustang, and AR-enabled construction hard hats.

The event concludes on Thursday with a performance by comedian Rob Corddry, followed by a closing keynote from Autodesk SVP Andrew Anagnost, summarizing the key takeaways from the week.

This year’s AU in Las Vegas is supported by Diamond sponsors HP, Dell, and Lenovo.

Precision Steel Tube

Precision Steel Tube are produced by Cold Drawn and Cold Rolling, with very good OD and ID tolerance and smoothness ,

with very good Concentricity, Good Ovality, Good Roundess, Less Deviation, suitable for machinery and CNC machining part, for auto parts.

Cold Drawn Seamless tubing (also known as CDS steel tube. Cold Drawn Seamless tubes offer tight tolerances compared to Hot Finished Seamless tube, and offers stronger physical properties compared to other mechanical tubing.

CDW Steel Tubes is made by drawing the ERW tubes from the tube mills through a plug and die combination, mounted on the draw bench. The end tagged and annealed tubes are drawn through a closely machined die that controls the outside diameter of the tubes. At the same time the tube passes over a plug that controls the inside diameter. Further, the manufactured tubes are processed by the downstream facilities for different industry applications.
