The JLF series copper wire recycling machine is designed for the efficient recovery of scrap copper wires from various cables such as communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and industrial cables. This machine includes a crushing and separation system, along with an advanced dust collection system, ensuring clean and high-quality copper and plastic pellets.
Granulator Machine Features:
The JLF-600 model (with a capacity of 300-400kg/h) offers high recycling efficiency and purity. Crushed materials, including copper and plastic pellets, are processed through a vibrating separator using airflow. The small vibrator (second separator) ensures almost 100% purity of the copper pellets.

Granulator Machine Detail Instruction:
1. Crushing System: The first step in the recycling process involves a powerful crusher equipped with 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of about 5-8mm in size, depending on the raw material.
2. Separating System: A high-pressure fan sends the crushed materials into a vibrating separator. Inside, a screen separates copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3. Plastic Pellet Output: After entering the vibrating separator, the plastic pellets are directed to the back outlet with the help of a bottom blower.
4. Screen: The screen inside the vibrating separator helps separate copper pellets and other mixed materials. Customers can choose the appropriate screen hole size based on the raw material.
5. Output Copper Pellet: The copper pellets from the vibrator enter a second small vibrator for further separation, allowing customers to achieve nearly 100% purity.
6. Output Plastic Pellet: Plastic pellets also undergo a second separation using a small vibrator to ensure high purity.
Granulator Machine Spare Parts & Related Machines:
The main spare parts of the granulator machine include the screen and moving blades. For the JLF-600 model, we typically provide one extra set of spare parts, which includes one screen and 14 blades. We also recommend related machines based on the type of raw material to optimize the recycling process:
1. Cable Stripper: Ideal for large multi-strand copper wires, it helps separate cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: Useful for cutting long raw materials into smaller pieces before granulation.
