The JLF series copper wire recycling machine is designed to efficiently process waste communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This system includes a crushing and separation unit, along with a high-efficiency dust collection system that ensures clean copper and plastic pellets after the recycling process.
Granulator Machine Features:
The JLF-600 model (with a capacity of 300-400kg/h) offers high recycling efficiency and purity. Crushed materials (copper and plastic pellets) are fed into a vibrating separator using airflow. The small vibrator (second separator) ensures almost 100% purity in the final copper pellet output.

Granulator Machine Detail Instruction:
1. Crushing System: The first step in the recycling process involves the crusher, which contains 14 moving blades. It cuts scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the material size).
2. Separating System: A high-pressure fan sends crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator, where a screen separates them into different outlets.
3. Plastic Pellet Output: After entering the vibrating separator, plastic pellets are directed to the back outlet with the help of a bottom blower.
4. Screen: The screen inside the vibrating separator helps separate copper pellets from mixed materials. Different hole sizes allow customers to choose based on raw material size.
5. Output Copper Pellet: Copper pellets exiting the vibrator enter a second small vibrator for further separation, achieving nearly 100% purity.
6. Output Plastic Pellet: Plastic pellets also go through a second separation using a small vibrator to ensure high purity.

The main spare parts include the screen and moving blades. For the JLF-600 model, we typically provide one extra set of spare parts, including 1 screen and 14 blades. We recommend related machines based on the type of raw material to optimize the recycling effect:
