On December 19th, the Jiangsu Provincial Industrial Technology Research Institute convened a panel of technical and financial experts to conduct the final acceptance review for the major original technological innovation project led by Suzhou Medical Laboratories. The project, titled "Industrialization of High-End Biochemical Sensor Chips and Series Instruments," was officially evaluated and approved. The meeting was chaired by Guo Zhihui, Deputy Director of the Planning and Quality Department. Project leader Zhou Lianqun delivered a comprehensive summary report and guided the experts through the R&D and production facilities. The visit provided a firsthand look at the advanced manufacturing processes and the state-of-the-art instruments developed under the project. This initiative successfully achieved the mass production of high-end biochemical sensor chips with independent intellectual property rights. An annual production capacity of 10,000 chips was established, and six types of instruments, including a biomolecular interface analyzer and a formaldehyde tester, were developed and commercialized. Standardized production procedures and detailed documentation were also completed. A total of 12 invention patents and 3 international PCT patents were filed, along with two industry analysis reports. The project team presented detailed work reports, prototype test results, and other key deliverables during the on-site audit. After thorough discussions, the experts confirmed that all technical and economic targets outlined in the contract had been met, and the project was officially accepted. This milestone marks a significant step forward in China's development of advanced medical diagnostic technologies, showcasing the capabilities of Suzhou Medical Laboratories in driving innovation and industrialization in the field of biochemical sensors.
