So, you’ve finally received the box containing your brand-new Delfast Top 3.0 electric bike. Congrats! I know the wait was long, but trust me, it was worth it. After weeks or even months of anticipation, your electric bike is finally here, sitting snugly inside that large box!

You're probably itching to jump on and start riding this premium e-bike. I get it—everyone feels the same way when they get their hands on a high-quality electric vehicle. Not only will you enjoy riding it yourself, but your friends and family will definitely be impressed by this piece of advanced engineering.

However, before you hit the road, there are a few simple steps to complete the assembly. Don’t worry—it’s not rocket science. Here's a quick rundown of what needs to be done:

• Take the bike and all its components out of the box.
• Install the battery by connecting the cables and securing it properly.
• Check and adjust the tire pressure to ensure smooth rides.
• Mount the front wheel and tighten the axle nuts.
• Attach the front light and mirrors to enhance visibility and safety.

Pull the Bicycle and Parts from the Shipping Package

Carefully open the box and remove every single component, including the main frame and any smaller packages. Make sure you extract everything to avoid missing anything important.

Install the Battery

Use a screwdriver to remove the lid on the left side of the e-bike. Next, take out the metal plate covering the battery compartment. Place the battery next to the bike and connect the cables as shown in the manual. Then, gently slide the battery into its slot. Be careful—the battery is quite heavy.

Before taking your e-bike for its first ride, ensure the battery is fully charged using the Delfast charger. Using another charger could potentially damage the battery. Once installed, replace the metal plate and the lid.

Ensure the Tires Are Inflated to the Correct Operating Pressure

Check the tire pressure with a barometer. Refer to the manual for the recommended pressure settings.

Mount the Front Wheel

Unscrew the clamps and nuts holding the axle in place. Slide the axle halfway out so the wheel can fit easily. Pass the axle through the wheel's center hole and secure it with the clamps on both sides. Finally, tighten the nuts to secure the wheel firmly.

Install the Front Light

Take the front light out of its packaging and attach it to the front of the bike. Secure it with the two small screws provided.

Install the Front Mirrors

With the front light installed, it's time to add the front mirrors. Remove them from their packaging and screw them onto their respective positions on either side of the bike.

Final Adjustments and First Ride

Adjust the seat height according to your preference and apply the decals to the battery cover. Your e-bike is now ready to go! Turn it on and enjoy your ride.
