5. Packing & Delivery
We use international standard packaging. Inside is a carton, outside is a wooden case. Packaging is fumigated to prevent pests. Each machine is packaged separately along with the ice storage unit.

1. How can we place an order?
After agreeing on product finish and price, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.

If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use it to deliver the goods. If not, upon arrival at the destination port, you must find a shipping forwarder to assist with customs clearance.

2. What's your payment term?

30% deposit via T/T, balance 70% paid when goods are ready. Small payments can be made through PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm everything clearly before making payment.
