5.Packing & Delivery
We adopt international standard packaging. There is a carton, outside with a wooden case. Packing after fumigation to prevent bugs. A box inside a machine, the ice machine and ice storage library packaged separately.

1. How can we place order?
After agreeing on the product's surface finish and price, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.

If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to deliver the goods. If you don't have one, when the goods arrive at the destination port, you must find a ship forwarder to help clear customs.

2. What's your payment term?

30% deposit in advance via T/T, balance 70% paid when goods are ready. Small payments can be made via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm everything clearly before making a payment.
