Q: Do you accept ODM & OEM orders?

A: Yes, we provide ODM & OEM services worldwide. We can customize housings in different styles and LED bulbs in different brands. Circuit boards and packaging boxes can also be customized as per your requirements.

Q: How to work with us on ODM & OEM orders?

A: There are three cooperation options:

1. Housing customization: Development cost needs to be negotiated before starting cooperation;

2. Color customization for housing: No extra cost, but MOQ is 100 pcs;

3. Color customization for LED bulbs: MOQ is 10 pcs, with an increased price.

Q: What's the MOQ?

A: MOQ is 10 pcs for standard products; for customized products, it should be negotiated in advance. Sample orders have no MOQ.

Q: How long is the lead time?

A: Lead time for sample orders is 3-5 days, and for bulk orders is 5-15 days.

Q: Do you offer free samples?

A: Yes, we offer free samples to distributors and wholesalers, but customers must bear the shipping cost. Free samples are not available for end users.

Q: How to place orders?

A: 1. Email us the model, beam pattern, quantity, consignee information, shipping method, and payment terms;

2. Proforma Invoice is issued and sent to you;

3. Complete the payment after confirming the PI;

4. Confirm the payment and arrange production.
