1. ODM & OEM: We offer complete ODM & OEM solutions, including customizing LED bulbs (any brand you want), circuit board, housing, and packaging box. Your logo can be engraved on the housing using laser engraving if needed.

2. Small MOQ: For standardized products, it's 10 pcs; orders less than 10 pcs will be considered sample orders.

3. Warranty: A 12-month warranty is provided. We are responsible for all quality issues during the warranty period and cover all related costs.

Q: What is your after-sales service and warranty policy?

A: We guarantee the following responsibilities when a defective product is found:

1. 12-month warranty from the date of receiving goods;

2. Replacements will be sent with your next order;

3. Refund for defective products if required by customers.

Q: Do you accept ODM & OEM orders?

A: Yes, we provide ODM & OEM services to global customers. We can customize housings in different styles, LED bulbs in different brands, and also customize circuit boards and packaging boxes as per your requirements.

Q: How do you cooperate on ODM & OEM orders?

A: There are three cooperation options available:

1. Housing customization: The development cost must be negotiated before starting cooperation;

2. Customized housing colors: No extra cost, but the MOQ is 100 pcs;

3. Customized LED bulb colors: MOQ is 10 pcs, with an increased price.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: MOQ is 10 pcs for standardized products. For customized products, the MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.

Q: How long is the lead time?

A: Sample orders take 3-5 days, while bulk orders take 5-15 days.

Q: Do you offer free samples?

A: Yes, we offer free samples to distributors and wholesalers, but customers must bear the shipping cost. Free samples are not offered to end users.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: 1. Email us the model, beam pattern, and quantity, along with consignee information, shipping method, and payment terms;

2. We will prepare and send the Proforma Invoice;

3. Complete the payment after confirming the PI;

4. Confirm the payment and arrange production.
