Previously, EPS motor torque was 3.8 N·m for small cars and 4.1 N·m for medium-sized cars, and the reduction ratio was 18.5:1. This time, the product unified the motor torque to 3.9 N·m and increased the reduction ratio to 20.5:1.

The ECU (Electronic Control Unit) that controls the EPS has more than 2 times the original computing performance, which can meet the needs of parking assistance, lane keeping, and automatic driving. An MCU with two processors is used in the ECU to monitor the status of each other and achieve high-precision, high-speed fault detection. By reducing the number of radiators, reducing the number of parts, and simplifying the structure, the ECU is reduced by 24% compared with the previous products. In addition, the overall weight is reduced by about 10% by reducing the size of the motor.
