Common fault resolution
The backlight is bright and the screen is not lit: check the motherboard, logic board
The backlight is not lit, the main board indicator is not lit: check the motherboard, whether the power supply 220V is powered normally.
The backlight is not lit, the indicator light is on: the yellow light status is re-opened with the remote control, and the green light status needs to be re-upgraded.
Screen flash point: swap the motherboard with the normal machine, the logic board
Flower screen, vertical line, horizontal line: can only be returned to the factory for sale, check whether the appearance is rubbed.
Installer considerations
The screen transport process can not be inverted or laid flat, put on the PE bag to prevent scratching the screen, LG1.8 series products are attached to the screen strip.
When installing the splicing wall, it is strongly recommended to reserve the gap. If the panel is in high temperature, the panel will expand. If it is installed tightly, COF damage may occur, and vertical lines and flower screens may appear.
Do not rub the frame during installation to avoid damage to the COF. The installation process can be isolated with soft objects. The LG1.8 seam frame is the most fragile and requires special attention. After installing the splicing wall, the border should be pasted back to the screen strip.
The screen frame is glued or painted, the screen is scratched, and the frame impact scratches may not be normal after sale.
After the LCD screen test is OK, install it again.
