GWH32E is a reinforced bending machine designed for construction sites. It offers enhanced performance through an integral enclosed housing, which ensures balanced torque distribution and prevents local deformation. The robust housing increases structural strength. Gear shafts and main spindles are made from high-quality carbon steel, and key parts undergo proper heat treatment (quenching, tempering, and high-frequency treatment). The main spindle is supported by high-capacity ball bearings, ensuring smooth movement and long service life. Even under heavy loads, all components operate safely and reliably.

The square steel and working plate are made of high-quality carbon steel, while the pile head and tip are made of alloy steel with high hardness, ensuring long-term reliability. A brake motor, adjustable square steel, and bolt-type positioning disc allow for self-returning discs and easy angle adjustments, ensuring precise bending. After initial lubrication, there's no need for constant refueling in the spindle sliding sleeve, making maintenance convenient. The machine supports manual/automatic switching with a brake motor.
