A high-tech biological product that can get rid of formaldehyde pollution was formally put into production on March 26 in Liangfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. of Zhucheng City, Shandong Province. This new product called bio-aldehyde aldolase not only effectively eliminates free formaldehyde in urea-formaldehyde resin, paint, and latex paint, but also efficiently and quickly removes formaldehyde emitted from decorative materials such as man-made boards, furniture, wallpapers, and carpets. The product's advent was recognized by the national authoritative department. It has been awarded the title of the first “China Green Star” product in the industry by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, and it is allowed to use special environmental protection labels.

According to the technical personnel of Liangfeng Chemical Co., Ltd., biological aldosterase is an amino acid used to dissolve soybean protein, adding active enzymes extracted from pure natural plants, combined with biological enzyme catalysis, adsorption, decomposition technology made of a kind of effective removal of free Formaldehyde new product.

Song Liang, chairman of the company, revealed that the current formaldehyde treatment products on the market can be roughly divided into five categories: sealants, oxidants, ammonia derivatives, activated carbon, and photocatalysts. After a long period of wear and tear, furniture such as furniture using sealants will gradually release and release formaldehyde. Although formaldehyde treatment products of oxidants can temporarily reduce formaldehyde pollution, improper use can easily cause secondary pollution, and formaldehyde produced from ammonia derivatives can be used. Treatment products will decompose and release formaldehyde under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity; the adsorption capacity of activated carbon is limited; the removal of formaldehyde by photocatalyst requires harsh reaction conditions to occur.

Biological aldehyde aldolase makes up for the deficiencies of the above products. Biological aldosterase is produced using unique biotechnology, using amino acid biodegradation protein and enzyme-catalyzed compounding technology. It penetrates deep into the material and quickly reacts with formaldehyde to produce a non-toxic, odorless, non-decomposing macromolecule that completely removes free formaldehyde and does not cause secondary pollution. Tested by the National Environmental Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the clearance rate of bioformaldehydes to indoor formaldehyde is over 91.5%.

It has been learned that biological aldolase not only eliminates formaldehyde harm caused by decoration pollution, but also brings good news to furniture and wood-based panel manufacturers. After these products use bio-aldehyde aldolase, the amount of formaldehyde released from the product will be greatly reduced, reaching the EU's E0, E1 level of the highest formaldehyde release standards, and the smell of pungent and deaf people in the workshop is gone, and the working environment is improved. After testing the samples by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Wood-based Panels, it was found that the product can not only efficiently remove formaldehyde from the wood-based panel, but also significantly increase other physical indicators of the panel.

It is reported that in addition to biological aldehyde-aldehyde urea formaldehyde resin, wood-based panels, but also extended to paint, clothing, leather, textile, printing and dyeing, sewage treatment and other fields.

Directional control valves (DCVs) are one of the most fundamental parts of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. DCVs allow fluid flow (hydraulic oil, water or air) into different paths from one or more sources. DCVs will usually consist of a spool inside a cylinder which is mechanically or electrically actuated. The position of the spool restricts or permits flow, thus it controls the fluid flow.

The spool (sliding type) consists of lands and grooves. The lands block oil flow through the valve body. The grooves allow oil or gas to flow around the spool and through the valve body. There are two fundamental positions of directional control valve namely normal position where valve returns on removal of actuating force and other is working position which is position of a valve when actuating force is applied. There is another class of valves with 3 or more positions that can be spring centered with 2 working position and a normal position.
