1. We specialize in the research and development of solar-powered brushless DC pumps. We also design and produce the controllers for these solar BLDC pumps.

2. Our three-phase brushless DC motor operates without Hall sensors, ensuring high reliability. It is powered by solar energy and starts up intelligently. The pump uses a stainless steel screw and rubber stator, making it a full oil permanent magnet brushless DC motor. Combined with the controller, it achieves over 85% efficiency, which is 25% higher than traditional AC pumps.

3. The soft start-up system in the motor controller ensures smooth operation and significantly reduces current draw compared to traditional methods.

4. The controller detects the solar power circuit and prevents frequent starting when solar energy is weak, thus protecting the motor and extending its lifespan.

5. High-tech products use MPPT and DSP chip technology. The MCU automatically detects the circuit and displays the status via LED.

6. The pump includes multiple protections: over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, and over-load. It can operate with or without battery storage through a pump controller or pumping maximizer.

7. Using groundwater and tank water level detection along with current and voltage monitoring, the system works automatically. If there's an overload, it restarts automatically.

8. Water level detectors/sensors are connected to the controller, preventing the pump from running dry and automatically shutting it off when the tank is full.

9. Battery backup allows the pump to run on cloudy days and at night.

10. Smart modular design makes servicing and repair simple and cost-effective.

11. Double plastic packaging for rotor and stator improves insulation (≥300MΩ), enhancing motor safety.

12. Uses 100% copper wire and cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Cast stainless steel components are used for durability.

13. Natural rubber sealing and stator provide long-lasting performance and reduce wear.
